The new Living Spaces publication sets out an exciting new agenda for the better integration of all those activities that create and improve our urban retail, commercial, leisure and cultural environments. Living Spaces brings together the expertise and experience of built environment professionals, street and neighbourhood managers, economic development leaders and cultural, arts and entertainment facilitators. In fact everything from high quality street design, access, movement and signage, careful maintenance and management, landscaping, illumination and animation through events and activities.
We invite contributions in the form of articles and case studies that illustrate the dynamics of - managing urban areas - place partnership development - shared use schemes- marketing of place & urban tourism - events and spectacles - festivals - public art - performances - urban screens - green spaces - inclusion & consultation - lighting & landscaping.
