• Associate (AIPM) - free -  1 Year
  IPM Associate Membership status is available to those with a general interest in the place management discipline, or starting their career and wanting to join our community of place managers and leaders.
• Member (MIPM) - free -  1 Year
  IPM Member status is only available to experienced place management professionals, that hold a first degree (or equivalent qualification) and can demonstrate at least 3 years practical experience in the field. It is also avalible to very experienced practitioners with 5 or more years of experience who do not hold a first degree. You can apply for Member status if you can demonstrate that you have graduate-level professional competencies in a number of areas.
• Fellow (FIPM) - free -  1 Year
  IPM Fellow status is available to those that have reached a very high level of personal and professional achievement, within the place management industry. It is only open to those that meet all the following criteria: - Hold a higher degree - Have at least 6 years practical experience - Can demonstrate that they have had a considerable impact upon place management.
• Senior Fellow (SFIPM) - free -  1 Year
