welcome Ian Harvey, who has joined us full-time as Head of the Institute of Place Management
Professional Network. Many of you will already know Ian as Joint-Founder of Civic Voice and a Senior
Fellow of IPM. He has already begun engaging with members, and you can follow Ian’s updates on
