IPM welcome new additions to the team

It's been an eventful few months at IPM, with new additions being welcomed to the team.

Dr Maria Lorono-Leturiondo, IPM Research Associate, gave birth to a baby daughter, Libe, on 8th March, International Women’s Day. The whole family are doing well.

After co-founding IPM, Co-Chair Professor Simon Quin retired earlier this year after an incredible career. Matt Colledge, High Streets Task Force Expert has been appointed as Executive Director of the High Streets Task Force. Matt was formerly Leader of Trafford Council and oversaw much of Altrincham's regeneration journey, through its 'Altrincham Forward' partnership. We are delighted to welcome Matt to the team and capacity for the Task Force has also been expanded as Junior Fellow, Joe Barrett, has increased his responsibilities and will now spend 4 days a week with IPM.

Cathy will continue to Chair the IPM but with more support from Matt Davis who has recently been promoted to Head of Membership and Engagement.

Many of you will know that Tom Hindmarch left us in December to take up a senior role with Tameside Council, however we were pleased to promote Rachel Nickeas to the role of Membership Coordinator. Rachel will be the first point of contact for all our members, including The BID Foundation.

The team will soon be expanding as a new Development Manager, Research Assistant and Project and Finance Officer are currently being recruited.
