How to join

There is a simple application process to join The BID Foundation, and our Members pay an annual fee which varies depending on the levy income of your BID. A wide-scale consultation of the industry identified that those with a higher levy should take more responsibility and pay more to be involved.

Individual Membership of IPM included

BID membership also brings associate membership of the Institute of Place Management for a select number of your staff and/or Board Directors. By becoming associate members of the IPM, you will have full access to the professional development services the Institute provides and be entitled to have your individual skills and knowledge recognised by the use of professional designatory letters recognising their status as Associate.

Individuals can apply to upgrade their individual IPM membership (at no extra cost) to Member, Fellow or Senior Fellow within the Institute. (Find out more - contact us)
