With national lockdown restrictions returning to England from Thursday 5th November, we take another look at our COVID-19 Recovery Framework with town centres around the country re-entering the 'crisis stage'.
In this webinar, we will reflect on learnings from the initial lockdown in England in Spring and look at how subsequent lockdowns will affect high streets and town centres in the lead up to the festive period.
